This AOE2 chinese Scouts in to Knights build order enables you to fully wall your base, complete a scout rush, reach castle age in under 19 minutes and either double down on knight production or make 2 town centres and boom after your initial knight rush. So unlike a usual scout build, this one actually starts off with 4 villagers on wood rather than 3. So I decided to tweak the build to be in a way that worked best for me.
Having played through their build orders a few times, I found that, without pushing deer, it was quite tricky and I didn't have enough wood for farms.
